Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment via bank transfer. We ask for a security deposit of\u00a0 250\u20ac for a stay with horses, which must be paid together with the reservation. You must vacate the room no later than 11:00. If this is difficult for some reason, please let us know ahead of time.<\/p>\n<p>We set our kitchen table for breakfast from 8:30 until 10:00. Be sure to let us know your preferred time, then we will make sure that everything is served as freshly prepared as possible. Should you wish to eat an exceptionally early breakfast or if you need to check out early, please ask about your options in advance.\u00a0 On Sundays, we offer you a glass of bubbles with breakfast. We strive to take your allergy and diet requirements into account; please let us know about them when you make your reservation.<\/p>\n<p>Our guests come here to slow down and to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Therefore, we ask the early birds and the night owls to respect the silence between 22:00 and 8:00.<\/p>\n<p>Our private swimming pool can be used by our guests from 9:00 until 11:00, and\u00a0 from 16:00 until 19:00, and is open for use depending on the weather.<\/p>\n<p>We kindly ask that you smoke in the designated areas only. Smoking is entirely prohibited in all b\u2019Oerenstee buildings at all times.<\/p>\n<p>There are secure parking spaces on the domain, and bicycles or motorcycles may be parked in the barn.<\/p>\n<p>Your dog is also welcome to enjoy the holiday. You can rent a pen where the dog can sleep and rest during the day. When on the domain, he or she must be kept on the leash. Bring your own dog food and sleeping bench or blanket with you. Dogs are not permitted in the rooms. Other pets are prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>And the tiniest tots are also welcome, of course! There is room for a portable child\u2019s bed in each of the suites. Little ones may stay free of charge up until the age of 2 years; in that case, you provide their food and drink.
